Full Service Planning

Producing and designing attractive and enjoyable weddings and events effectively is a great deal of work. We understand that not everyone enjoys the process as much as we do! From start to finish, we propose and execute authentic experiential concepts that are 100% inspired by, and unique to, you and your interests! No two events should be alike! The Full-Service Production and Design Package is curated for those who may be looking for a seamless experience via concierge approach. 

This package includes:

  • Wedding/Event concepts and designs customized to your vision and budget. Ensuring beauty, authenticity and cohesion across the process from beginning to end.

  • Monthly check-ins. Onboarding and continued discovery begins straight away, and continues as needed for the duration of your event

  • Access to PTC’s exclusive roster of venues, vendors, & concepts

  • Unlimited email, phone, and text communication. (During business hours)

  • Historic wedding protocols and etiquette as requested

  • The PTC Event Checklist for authentic and elevated events.

  • Vendor research and coordination

  • PTC proposal, budget presentation, and contract management

  • Assistance as needed with custom elements including handcrafted details and guest favors

  • Attendance at all tastings

  • Venue walk throughs with vendors as needed

  • Vendor management and contract handling upon signature

  • Manage wedding/event and transportation logistics

  • Comprehensive rehearsal and wedding day/event day timeline development

  • Logistics consultation at the venue 30 days prior to wedding

  • Additional confirmation of all vendors the month of your wedding

  • Timeline & Vendor Contact distribution to vendors the week of your wedding/event

  • Text reminders for wedding party and family per your request

  • Attendance and direction at the wedding rehearsal, ensuring everyone understands their roles and the flow of the ceremony.

  • Two additional PTC team members for on-site day of assistance if needed

  • Full day-of coordination & facilitation and wedding party cues

Partial Planning

For those more confident in your vision, aesthetic, and definite requirements for your event, you may not need the full package. That said, you still want some support across the project. The Partial Planning Package is your answer. We can step in to propose strategy support and expert advice for things like vendor selection in line with your style and budget and much more. This package allows you to remain the project lead but gain someone to lean on. A lot! This package also includes wedding/event day management for the ceremony/program and a rehearsal.

This package includes:

  • Wedding/event consultation and design support as needed in line with your budget.

  • General event planning check list

  • Historic wedding protocols and etiquette as requested

  • Check-ins every other month that start right away. These can continue as needed

  • Access to PTC’s exclusive roster of vendors, & event expertise

  • Unlimited email communication & vendor recommendations per request

  • Vendor research and coordination

  • PTC proposal, budget presentation, and contract management

  • Assistance as needed with custom elements including handcrafted details and guest favors

  • Attendance at cake tasting

  • Vendor and contract management starting 6 months prior to your wedding

  • Venue walk through with vendors prior to wedding/event

  • Manage event and transportation logistics

  • Collection of pertinent insurance documents from vendors

  • Ceremony rehearsal and wedding day timeline development

  • Logistics consultation at the venue 30 days prior to wedding

  • Wedding Day timeline development

  • Confirm all vendors the month of your wedding

  • Timeline & vendor contact distribution to vendors the week of your wedding

  • Attendance and direction at the wedding rehearsal, ensuring everyone understands their roles and the flow of the ceremony.

Month-of Coordination Package- $2,500.00

Our Month-of Coordination package is designed for the couple who has taken charge of planning their wedding but needs professional assistance to ensure everything runs smoothly during the final weeks and on the big day. This service is perfect for those who want to enjoy their wedding day without the stress of managing last-minute details. There may be things you have not thought of that come to light in our conversations. We can propose strategies that align with your vision.

This package includes: 15 total hours with one staff representative

  • Project Debrief: 2 hours

    Two- hour long detailed meetings before your wedding to review your plans, understand your vision, and ensure we have all the necessary details to execute your day flawlessly.

  • Timeline Creation & Vendor Management:: 2 hours

    We craft & distribute a comprehensive wedding day timeline, coordinating all vendors & wedding party, to make sure everyone is on the same page & knows where to be & when.

  • Rehearsal Coordination: 1 hour

    Attendance and direction at a one hour wedding rehearsal, ensuring everyone understands their roles and the flow of the ceremony.

  • On-Site Management: 10 hours

    Ten hours of coverage on your wedding day. Overseeing vendor set up and breakdown to make sure your vision comes to life.

    Coordination of events on day of, from the ceremony to reception, ensuring everything runs according to plan.

    Handling any unexpected issues that may arise, so you can enjoy your day stress-free.

  • Emergency Kit:

    A fully stocked emergency kit available to address any last-minute mishaps, from wardrobe malfunctions to first-aid needs.

  • Personalized Support: billed at an hourly rate of $150

    If you have need of additional time, we will remain ready to support at our hourly rate.

 Wedding & Event Florals - Design and Installation

PTC offers a wide range of floral arts to breathe life into your weddings, events and special occasions! From elegant bouquets to stunning ceremony installations, our creative team can curate anything you can imagine for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and everything in between. Whether you're looking for a modern approach to floral design or classic roses, we'll work closely with you to build the perfect floral decor that reflects your style and vision. Holiday Decorations - Interior & Exterior
