Our Process
Watch as PTC brings your vision to life! We expertly produce and curate events that are strategically designed to suit each client’s individual personality or corporation’s brand and culture. These considerations produce events and stylings with a depth of soul that is near palpable. Our meticulous reflections on the client and guest experience alike, pair marvelously with our banner execution thus generating a most effortless, authentic and FUN experience! Our job is done best when client becomes advocate.
PTC offers comprehensive event design services. This includes serving as your event imaginer and producer, vendor coordinator, fashion stylist, budget manager, proactive challenge navigator, and even a shoulder to lean on.
Upon receipt of the inquiry form, we schedule an introductory call for all client prospects. This preliminary interview consists of questions that help us to understand you and your significant other, your personalities, your dreams, your family traditions, and your desires for the event. This will help us both discern if engaging into a partnership is in your best interest. 2-3 hours
Next, we put a vision board together to establish the vibe and present that for discussion. We ensure calibration of parameters and budget. If the client feels confident after this interaction, that we are aligned on all points, we request a calendar hold be paid to remove your date from our general availability. Calendar Hold fee is commensurate with your budget. The calendar hold will show as fully credited to your forthcoming proposal. (75+ hours)
We then engage in shepherding you through every aspect of your comprehensive design proposal process. We thoughtfully curate your specific requests throughout the planning phase to ensure an effortless client experience. We will assemble a customized and carefully vetted collective of partners, whose ideals on event execution, professional performance and customer service are all aligned with our own standards of perfection. The proposal is where you will see all of the elements discussed come together and the associated pricing for each concept. 50% of the total is requested at the time of contract signature. This timing allows us the flexibility to remain open to inspiration when new ideas arise. 300+ hours
At 90 days out we work to finalize as many outstanding decisions and payments as possible. At 30 days prior to the event, PTC will request that a final guaranteed guest headcount be presented. At this time we will sure up any last minute decisions, incorporate them into the plan and budget and finalize all payments. We are of the opinion that exchanging money on event day is not in the client’s best interest. 15+ hours
Across the entirety of your project from onboarding through to the last moments and beyond, you will have full access to a personal liaison who can assist with all your questions, edits, pivots, challenges, or ideas. Unlimited
Approaching your big day, we will strive to accommodate all last-minute micro edits and contract deliverables, including: event set up, day of execution, and strike. We run the show for you so that you can enjoy and entertain your guests. 40-60+ hours

We do accommodate most budget sizes. Projects are accepted on a case by case basis. Short notice events are often considered. We prioritize choosing projects of specific interest, resulting in each client receiving our team’s undivided attention and full creative force behind your project. Wedding packages starting at $10,000.00. We strongly encourage booking events 12-18 months out from your event date.
