A Night in Old Savannah: An Exclusive Showcase Soirée
We were honored to be a part of the 2022 Savannah Antiques and Architecture weekend!
PTC completely reimagined the interiors of the infamous Adler Family home, for this unparalleled benefit event.
Fun Fact: This historic home and family were both named explicitly in John Burnadet’s novel Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil
The Savannah Antiques and Architecture Weekend, SAAW, was created to promote interest in historic preservation and our nation’s history through informative and enjoyable educational events. Proceeds from the event benefit the historic Andrew Low House and Green-Meldrim Houses, both designed by noted architect John Norris.
The family had a treasure trove of collections from their lifelong desire for travel, collecting and education as well as playing guardian to countless family heirlooms.
We were captivated across the whole process! In the end, we showcased the family's collection in a new and dynamic way and provided statement foliage, custom florals, food styling and lighting.
“I feel like I’ve been transported to another century,” said one guest.
Given our penchant for historic architecture, classic films, great parties, and beautiful decor the stars aligned perfectly for our hosts.
“Josh & his team at Port Town Collective are extremely talented, thoughtful, and genuine. The events they have collaborated on with my wife are truly awe-inspiring and illustrate their knack for combining new ideas with stately historicity. There is no doubt that the team at Port Town Collective can take a project from concept to completion without reservations.” - Our lovely host
